Yes, on all three plans. Online sign-up opens on 4 October 2026: you will enter your card then, it is not charged before day 30, and you pay nothing if you cancel before then. Until then, book a demo.

No. The subscription is monthly, no commitment, cancellable anytime from your account. The yearly plan (2 months free) is a choice, not an obligation.

Never. 0% commission: a flat subscription, you keep 100% of your margin — in-store, on Cardmarket, Whatnot or anywhere else.

Because it covers travelling to your shop. Grenoble and Brest are not the same trip, and setting up one till is not setting up four. A single flat fee would overcharge some and lose money on others. It is optional: the software installs itself, and nothing obliges you to take it.

It's the exact amount you pay. Echo TCG is under the French VAT basic exemption (art. 293 B): no VAT is charged, so neither “ex-VAT” nor “incl. VAT”.

Per shop. Starter includes 1 register, Pro 2, Business 3. A register is a counter with its own drawer, float and independent Z-report — useful if you run a buyback counter separate from sales. Each extra register costs €29 per month.

Yes, anytime, from your billing account — no need to write to us. The change takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.

No, and you're not tied to anything: Echo TCG runs on your tablet or computer through a browser. We recommend standard hardware (receipt printer, scanner, drawer) — no forced resale.

Yes. You can export your inventory, sales and customers anytime. On cancellation, we provide a full export, including cash-register archives (6-year retention).

You can cancel at any time from your billing area: the subscription ends when the current period does, with no refund of the period already started. A yearly plan cancelled mid-term may be refunded pro rata. The 14-day withdrawal right granted to consumers does not apply between businesses. The details are in article 4 of the Terms.
