Your data at Echo TCG
Here is where your shop's data is kept and how it is protected.
Where is your data?
The database is hosted in France, in Paris, by Supabase (eu-west-3 region).
How is it encrypted?
All connections are encrypted with HTTPS. The HSTS rule requires this type of connection.
The database is encrypted by its hosting provider while stored.
How is it backed up?
A backup is made every night. It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored with OVHcloud in Paris, with a copy in Gravelines.
Backups are kept for 90 days. They are locked against deletion during that time. NF525 tax archives are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who can see your data?
Each shop sees only its own data. This rule is enforced in the database itself, not just on screen.
At Echo TCG, the administration console is protected by biometric verification. Our analysis tools see only masked data: names are reduced to initials and email addresses are truncated.
We do not resell your data or share it for commercial purposes.
What are your rights?
You can export your data at any time. When you cancel, it is erased in accordance with the GDPR, except for records that the law requires us to keep.
